Every effort is made to keep all listed items in stock at all times but please keep in mind that each figure is hand made to order. In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days from receipt of order if paid by money order or credit card. Term of delivery of the order in the countries of Europe and USA usually 7 days.

   For orders placed by E-mail you will be notified electronically within 2 business days of the status of your order. We will notify you by E-mail when we ship your order. If you order by FAX please give us your E-mail address

Return Policy

   We hope you never need to return a item. However if there is a problem with a purchased item, please return the defected product. So we can send you a new one, or we will refund your money.
  All claims concerning the goods should be directed to us: within one week  with the exact indication of the reasons of the claims.
